PT BUMI MAS SUMBER CAHAYA (“BMSC”) was established in Indonesia in 2021, initially to engage in business activities related to mining and construction. In July 2025, the company’s business purpose was changed to focus on data and cloud services. Following this change, BMSC has been developing its business in computing power leasing, information technology services, and AI cloud computing inference services. Its current service offerings include GPU server rental, high-performance computing, data center-related services, and AI application solutions for business and industrial clients.
BMSC’s stated business objective is to strengthen its capabilities in AI computing infrastructure and related services, and to expand its customer base in the Asia-Pacific region.
